Lavender, rosemary & clear quartz wrapped in hemp wick

How to use: Cleansing sticks (often referred to as sage) are a great way to cleanse a room. Make sure the windows are open & that you have a dish or a fireproof container to place the stick once done. It’s best to burn when there are no other people or animals in the room. Light your stick with a lighter or match, blow it out when it catches fire and allow it to release a smoke trail. Circulate around your home, relighting and fanning as needed. You may recite positive affirmations or pray as you walk through your space, or visualize all of the stagnant and old energy being cleared out. When finished, extinguish the flame.
